    We match players of similar skill levels to offer an enjoyable and fair experience for everyone. Our system learns your proficiency as you play, refining matching accuracy over time. It is vital to keep in mind that we cannot actively adjust or manage the matchmaking process; the algorithm is fully automated which keeps the fairness of the matching process
  • What is XP?
    "XP" represents Experience Points, earned through each competition you participate in. These points contribute to filling the XP meter located in the top left corner of the game. When the meter is full, you level up. As your XP level increases, it will require more tournaments for the percentage meter to advance and for you to level up You’ll be able to enjoy free rewards, every time you level up!
  • What’s an entry fee for a tournament?
    Entry fees are the required funds needed to join a tournament, including chips, Cash, or Bonus Cash. These fees are deducted immediately upon entering the tournament.
  • What should I do if I encounter a technical problem during my game?
